Senior Business Systems Analyst

Requirements

• Healthcare Payer - Mandatory
• 15+ years in Business Analysis, including 10+ years in Healthcare Payer Operations and 7+ years in Coordination of Benefits (COB)
• Strong expertise in Healthcare Payer Operations, COB, Eligibility, Enrollment, and Primacy Determination
• Knowledge of NAIC COB guidelines, Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP), Medicaid, and state-specific COB regulations
• Requirements gathering, BRD/FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and requirements traceability
• Legacy COB application analysis, business rule extraction, rule rationalization, and modernization
• Strong SQL and healthcare data analysis skills
• Member matching, EMPI, data quality, reconciliation, and migration
• Hands-on knowledge of HL7, FHIR, APIs, and healthcare interoperability
• Experience with UAT, end-to-end business validation, parallel runs, and outcome-parity testing
• Familiarity with Azure, Databricks, Agile/Scrum, and SAFe
• Experience leveraging Generative AI and AI-assisted SDLC tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or Gemini
