Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis and requirements gathering.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience creating business requirements, user stories, and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of SDLC and Azure DevOps is highly desirable.
- Salesforce platform experience and Salesforce Business Analyst certification are a plus.
