Senior Business Systems Analyst IV

Tasks

• Provide Level 2 production support for mortgage applications
• Troubleshoot escalated issues and resolve Jira tickets
• Support mortgage system upgrades, enhancements, and modernization
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver effective solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Mortgage / Home Lending experience - REQUIRED
• Strong understanding of residential mortgage processes and LOS functionality
• Senior-level Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst experience
• Experience with BRDs, user stories, requirements gathering, and acceptance criteria
• Agile experience working with Product Owners and development teams
• Jira experience with production support, issue troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Mortgage/LOS testing experience, including UAD and VA testing, is a plus
• Candidates with predominantly Commercial Lending experience will not be a fit for this opportunity.

Schedule

• Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite per Week
• 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
