Senior Camunda Developer with Java

Tasks

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise BPMN workflows and DMN decision tables using Camunda.
• Build scalable Java/Spring Boot microservices integrated with Camunda process engines.
• Develop custom delegates, listeners, and connectors for workflow orchestration.
• Integrate Camunda with REST APIs, Kafka/RabbitMQ, and enterprise databases.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize workflow performance.
• Participate in Camunda 7 to Camunda 8 (Zeebe) migration and architecture discussions.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and integration testing.
• Mentor developers and drive workflow automation best practices.

Requirements

• 10+ Years (4+ Years in Camunda BPM)
• Camunda BPM: Camunda 7.x / Camunda 8, Camunda Modeler, Cockpit, Tasklist, Admin
• Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices
• BPMN 2.0, DMN, CMMN, Process Orchestration
• Custom Delegates, Listeners, External Tasks, Connectors
• Kafka, RabbitMQ, Event-Driven Architecture
• SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle
• Jenkins, GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
• AWS, Azure, GCP
• 10+ years of overall software development experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on Camunda BPM development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, BPMN 2.0, DMN, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Camunda process engine internals and workflow optimization.
• Knowledge of Camunda 8 / Zeebe is high
