About the role
Confidential is hiring a Senior Chemist for the Fertilizer or Chemical manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine chemical analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and other laboratory samples.
- Apply practical knowledge of chemistry fundamentals, chemical reactions, and analytical techniques.
- Conduct routine instrument checks and calibration activities.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of NABL requirements and laboratory quality systems.
- Guide and mentor junior chemists, trainees, and laboratory assistants.
- Identify laboratory issues and implement practical solutions.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in the Fertilizer or Chemical manufacturing industry.
- Strong expertise in laboratory operations and wet chemistry.
- Prior manufacturing experience is mandatory.
- Male candidates preferred.
