SENIOR CHEMIST

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in the Fertilizer or Chemical manufacturing industry
• Strong expertise in laboratory operations and wet chemistry
• Prior manufacturing experience is mandatory
• Male candidates preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform routine chemicals analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and other laboratory samples.
• Apply strong practical knowledge of chemistry fundamentals, chemical reactions, and analytical techniques.
• Conduct routine instrument checks and calibration activities.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of NABL requirements, laboratory quality systems.
• Guide and mentor junior chemists, trainees, and laboratory assistants.
• Identify laboratory issues and implement practical solutions.
