Job description
Tasks
- Support and enhance a mission-critical Phoenix core business system.
Requirements
- Years of experience with Visual COBOL and/Micro Focus COBOL
- Working knowledge of Visual COBOL V9
- years developing and maintaining complex applications in a Windows-based client-server environment
- years of COBOL development and testing with Oracle SQL
- years leading technical software development teams
- years of Level 3 (L3) production support
- Strong experience in business and technical specifications, system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and implementation
- Experience collaborating with business units and leading solution delivery
- Preferred: Oracle 19+ SQL
- Preferred: Microsoft Visual Studio .NET / C#
- Preferred: Government agency experience
- Preferred: Visual COBOL technical certification
