Job description
Tasks
- Work with the COR and lead the CMS team to complete projects from start to finish.
- Deliver milestones on time, cost-effectively, and in compliance with all contract requirements.
- Utilize Primavera, estimating tools, and PROLOG or EBuilder platforms.
Requirements
- 10+ min years of experience
- Requires CCM, P.E., A.I.A., OR 20 years of field experience.
Schedule
- 6-month contract role
- Duration: ~6 months
Pay
- Hourly Rate: $50/hr+
