Senior Cook QSR Manager

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior Cook / QSR Manager who can lead the team and take ownership of the restaurant’s sales, operations, and overall success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
✔️ Take ownership of sales, daily operations, and restaurant success
✔️ Drive sales and help grow the business
✔️ Lead and supervise kitchen and shift operations
✔️ Work hands-on with grill and fryer stations
✔️ Hire, train, schedule, and manage crew members
✔️ Maintain food quality, speed, and consistency
✔️ Control food waste, inventory, and operating costs
✔️ Ensure cleanliness and food-safety standards
✔️ Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues
✔️ Meet performance and operational goals

• Previous QSR / fast-food leadership experience required
• Strong cooking and kitchen operations experience
• Sales and business-growth mindset
• Able to lead, train, and motivate a team

• Comfortable taking ownership of restaurant performance
