Job description
About the role
We are hiring a Senior Cost Controls Specialist to manage project cost governance, forecasting, and change orders for major capital initiatives in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
Tasks
- Track budgets, actuals, accruals, commitments, and forecasts.
- Lead monthly forecasting reviews with PMs and prepare variance reports.
- Manage purchase requisitions, vendor invoice approvals, and change order processing.
- Support annual capital budgeting and project closeouts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- 5+ years in project controls or cost management (energy sector preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and cost management tools.
Pay
- $120,000 – $140,000
