Job description
Qualifications and Responsibilities ☑️
•CPA license required
•Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
•At least 4 years of progressive accounting experience, including 2 years in a controllership capacity
•Strong English Communication Skills
•Strong knowledge of: Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), BIR regulations, Philippine corporate law / SEC AFS submissions
•Comprehensive understanding of DOLE labor standards, payroll, and government benefits including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and maternity leave claims
•Experience developing and maintaining internal controls
•Strong experience in Financial planning, budgeting, and financial analysis experience
•Accounting software experience (QuickBooks, Xero, or ERP) plus advanced MS Excel
•Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
