Job description

As a Senior Customer Success Specialist – Onboarding Delivery, you will ensure Microsoft’s B2B customers experience a seamless, high-quality onboarding journey. You will own the delivery process, building early-stage trust and confidence with customers while working closely with Sales, Customer Success Account Managers (CSAMs), and cross-functional teams. We are looking for a structured, detail-oriented professional who is also a fantastic presenter and storyteller.
You will:Lead and execute onboarding activities accurately, efficiently, and within established SLAs.Collaborate with Sales, CSAMs, and internal teams to support onboarding, provide updates, and resolve queries.Manage onboarding tickets (e.g., ServiceNow/CRM), maintain accurate documentation, and escalate issues when needed.Follow defined processes and documentation closely while adapting dynamically to situational customer needs.Identify operational efficiencies and provide feedback to optimize onboarding frameworks.
You Have:English B2+Proven track record in customer success, service delivery, onboarding, or sales operations support.Experience working with structured processes, service delivery frameworks, and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, CRM).Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skillsHigh attention to detail, data accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeCapability to handle tasks of moderate complexity independently.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
