Support Ecuador’s Ministry of Defense in aligning cyber policies and strategy with the Government’s National Security Strategy. This full-time, on-site Senior Cybersecurity Advisor role is based in Quito, Pichincha, Ecuador.
Key responsibilities
- Advise the Ministry of Defense on aligning its overall cyber policies and strategies with the Government’s National Security Strategy.
- Develop and refine foundational and strategic documents to ensure alignment with the Government’s national strategy.
- Draft protocols that define lines of action, roles, and responsibilities.
- Help leadership and government stakeholders understand and define the role and function of a Cyber Defense Center.
