Job description
We’re seeking a Senior Data Analyst for a full-time role based in Asunción, Paraguay. This position is remote eligible and focuses on website analytics, user experience optimization, and conversion rate improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Understand website goals, analyze performance metrics, and turn findings into actionable insights to improve user experience and conversions.
- Plan and conduct A/B tests, use user behavior analytics tools, and evaluate site changes to improve performance.
- Select key performance metrics and create reports and dashboards that support clear, data-informed decisions.
- Implement and manage analytics tools, including Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Analyze user interactions and collaborate on website improvements, including WordPress-related changes.
Skills and Experience
- Experience with data analysis, website analytics, and user interaction measurement.
- Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager and tools for analyzing user behavior.
- Ability to design or support A/B tests and interpret results.
- Strong reporting and dashboard development skills.
