We're Hiring: Senior Data Analyst – SQL and SSIS
Location: Onsite | St. Louis (MO), USA
Experience Required: 10-14 years
- Required: 10–14 years of relevant experience in SQL development, data analysis, or database engineering, with mandatory hands-on SQL Developer experience and strong expertise in SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, ETL, and data validation. Knowledge of Git, Power BI, and Agile methodologies is an added advantage.
- Design, develop, test, and optimize scalable database solutions using Microsoft SQL Server, including complex queries, stored procedures, functions, views, and database scripts.
- Develop and maintain SSIS packages and ETL workflows for efficient data extraction, transformation, loading, migration, validation, and reconciliation.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, consistency, and quality.
- Troubleshoot database, query performance, and ETL-related issues, optimize SQL queries and database objects, and improve overall system reliability and performance.
- Work with dimensional data models, including star and snowflake schemas, and collaborate with data engineering, analytics, reporting, and business teams to deliver effective data solutions.
