About the role

Requirements
- Proven track record defining target-state data architectures, blueprints, data lakehouse patterns, and integration strategies.
- Deep, hands-on architecture experience in Snowflake (Snowpark, warehouse optimization, data sharing, clustering, and performance tuning).
- Strong background architecting end-to-end data platforms on Microsoft Azure (Matillion, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Lake, and modern ELT pipelines).
- Solid foundation in enterprise data governance, lineage, classification, RBAC, masking, and compliance.
- Experience architecting data layers to support analytics, BI (Power BI/Tableau), and advanced AI/ML consumption.
- Must be locally based in Northern California (Bay Area / Sacramento region) and able to work onsite 2 days per week.
- US Citizens or Green Card Holders Only (USC / GC – No Future Sponsorship Needed)
Schedule
- C2C / 1099 (Contract-to-Hire)
- Duration: 6+ Months (High Potential for Perm Conversion)
- Hybrid – 2 Days/Week Onsite
