We’re Hiring | Senior Databricks Engineers
We are building a team of Senior Databricks Engineers for a leading global advanced analytics company, with opportunities to work on enterprise-scale data platforms, modern Lakehouse architectures, and AI-driven analytics solutions.
We’re looking for hands-on professionals with strong Databricks and Data Engineering expertise, along with exposure to emerging Databricks and AI capabilities.
🔹 Core Technical Skills* Strong experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, PySpark, Python, and SQL.* Expertise in building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, data integration solutions, and enterprise data platforms.* Hands-on experience with Delta Lake, Lakehouse Architecture, and Medallion Architecture.* Experience with Databricks Workflows, Lakeflow, and performance optimization.* Experience with Unity Catalog, data governance, security, and access controls.* Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments.* Familiarity with CI/CD, automation, and production-grade data engineering practices.
🔹 Emerging Databricks & AI Capabilities (Good to Have)* Databricks AI/BI Genie and conversational analytics.* Mosaic AI, MLflow, Model Serving, and Vector Search.* Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI.* Experience building AI-powered analytics solutions.
🔹 Experience & Communication* 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering, with strong hands-on Databricks expertise.* Bilingual proficiency is mandatory, Strong English communication skills and experience collaborating with global teams.
