Senior Data Scientist

Tasks

• You will be the primary technical expert bringing advanced analytics methods and algorithms to life.
• Expected to present complex insights and recommendations to non-technical audiences, clearly explaining business benefits and impacts.
• Partner deeply with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to build strong relationships and truly understand the supported business domain.
• Responsible for ensuring that developed code is well-documented and contributed directly into a central library of reusable algorithms.

Requirements

• 12+ Years of total professional experience (Mandatory)
• 4 to 5 years of Mandatory Retail Domain Experience
• H1B, H4 EAD, TN, USC Only
• Highly knowledgeable in one or more of the following specializations: Agentic AI & Generative AI (Building smart, autonomous workflows); NLP & Conversational AI (Transforming customer experience automation); Information Retrieval & Search (Architecting advanced enterprise data discovery)
