Senior Developer – Dynamics 365/Power Platform/Azure

About the role

Support the CFSA, Washington, DC, on STAAND, a major child welfare information system built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Platform.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role.

Tasks

• Architect, code, lead developers, own CI/CD and ALM, and support mission-critical production systems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive software development experience
• 6+ years of Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, and Power Platform development
• 5+ years of C#/.NET, Dataverse plug-ins, and custom APIs
• 4+ years of TypeScript/JavaScript and PCF development
• 4+ years of technical leadership managing at least 3 developers
• 4+ years of Azure DevOps YAML and multi-stage pipeline ownership
• 4+ years of Power Platform ALM and managed deployments
• 4+ years of pull-request reviews and protected-branch merge authority
• 4+ years of production support, incident management, and SLAs
• 4+ years of Azure development and integration services
• 3+ years of automated unit, integration, and UI regression testing
• 3+ years of Power Pages or portal development
• 2+ years supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 release waves
• Strong business stakeholder engagement and UAT experience
• Secure coding, secrets management, and PII/PHI protection experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
• Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engi
