Senior DevOps Engineer

Tasks

• Manage Salesforce deployments with Copado, including quality gates, compliance, and resolving merge conflicts.
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM templates, and Bicep.
• Manage Git-based version control using GitHub, Bitbucket, or Azure Repos.
• Coordinate release calendars, environment refreshes, rollback strategies, and deployment risk management.
• Support MuleSoft deployments and CI/CD integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot deployment issues, and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Only GC and USC preferred, No C2C
• 5+ years of IT/DevOps engineering experience.
• 5+ years of team leadership experience.
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps, Copado, Salesforce CLI (SFDX), Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Terraform, PowerShell, Bash, Python, YAML, and release governance tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Experience with Azure monitoring, Key Vault, and security/compliance automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, CloudHub, Docker, AKS, or Kubernetes is a plus.
