Senior Director – Internal Audit, Data Science & AI

Tasks

• Lead enterprise-wide AI, analytics, and automation initiatives
• Lead strategic AI initiatives, modernize audit processes, and leverage advanced analytics to deliver meaningful business impact at the enterprise level

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience
• 5+ years of experience leading technical teams
• Proven experience delivering production-grade Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions
• Strong expertise in ML modeling, Agentic AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Experience with cloud platforms, AI automation, and responsible AI practices
• Background in Internal Audit, Risk Management, Compliance, or other regulated industries

Pay

• $226,000–$306,000 + incentive eligibility
