Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer, Contracts to plan and coordinate timely on-site support for clients holding parts contracts or technical support agreements through Metso solutions. This role involves managing technical support, product supply, and services while evaluating and updating key operational and strategic parameters of the concentrator plants under your responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate field assistance to meet client needs under parts contracts or technical support agreements.
- Manage technical support and ensure timely supply of products and services.
- Evaluate and update main operational and strategic parameters of concentrator plants.
- Follow Quality Management System guidelines to maintain high standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in contract management and technical support coordination.
- Strong knowledge of Metso solutions and concentrator plant operations.
