Senior Engineer – New Product Development

About the role

Support the successful commercialization of new medical devices for a manufacturer with domestic and international operations.

Requirements

• US Citizen- W2 Only
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering - required
• 5–7 years of relevant engineering experience
• Minimum 4 years of medical device manufacturing experience - mandatory
• Proven experience in design transfer to manufacturing or Operations
• Hands-on experience with process and equipment validation
• Experience developing process requirement specifications
• Experience collaborating with external suppliers and manufacturing partners
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and engineering reports
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented team player who can coordinate across cross-functional teams
