Strong experience across enterprise browsers, ChromeOS, Citrix, VDI, endpoint management, identity, automation, and endpoint security.
ChromeOS / Chrome Enterprise
Microsoft Edge Enterprise
Citrix Enterprise Browser / Citrix Workspace Browser
Google Admin Console & Chrome Browser Cloud Management (CBCM)
Microsoft Intune / MECM
Group Policy (GPO)
Citrix / VDI / FSLogix
SAML 2.0 / OIDC / Entra ID / ADFS
Browser security policies, extensions, proxy/PAC & certificates
PowerShell / Python / Bash / Ansible
ServiceNow automation & self-healing workflows
SRE principles, SLIs/SLOs & observability
Chrome DevTools, Procmon, Fiddler, Wireshark & HAR analysis
SSL/TLS, CORS, web proxy & authentication troubleshooting
Canary releases, controlled rollouts & automated rollback
5+ years of experience in EUC, Endpoint Engineering, Browser Engineering, Workplace Technology, Windows/Citrix, or similar roles.
