Senior ERP Systems Analyst

Tasks

• Support and enhance Infor CSI/SyteLine and Factory Track applications.
• Troubleshoot complex ERP transactions, workflows, and data issues.
• Collaborate with Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams.
• Gather business requirements and prepare functional/technical specifications.
• Support ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, testing, and enhancements.
• Coordinate with developers and business stakeholders to improve ERP processes.
• Maintain system documentation, training materials, and support procedures.

Requirements

• 7+ Years
• Infor CSI / SyteLine: 7+ years of hands-on ERP experience (Mandatory)
• Infor Factory Track: Experience supporting manufacturing and warehouse operations (Mandatory)
• ERP Functional Modules: Finance, Manufacturing, Operations, Sales Order Management, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Inventory & Warehouse Management
• ERP Support: Troubleshooting transactions, workflows, configurations, and production issues
• Business Analysis: Requirements gathering, functional specifications, and process improvements
• ERP Integrations: Infor OS, ION, APIs, EDI, and third-party applications
• Cloud ERP: Infor CSI v10 / Multi-Tenant Cloud experience preferred
• Industry: Strong manufacturing domain experience preferred
• Minimum 7+ years of hands-on Infor CSI/SyteLine experience.
