Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for senior and specialized roles (mainly sales profiles such as Outside Sales Representatives)Partner closely with U.S. clients, acting as a strategic talent advisorSource, screen, and assess top-tier candidatesEnsure strong pipeline management and high-quality deliveryOwn key recruitment metrics (time to fill, quality of hire, etc.)
Requirements
+5 years of experience in recruitment (agency experience preferred)Strong experience recruiting for U.S. marketsProven track record managing full-cycle recruitment processesExcellent communication skills in English (C1+ preferred)Ability to work independently in a remote environment
