Job description
Impetus Technologies is hiring a full-time Senior Executive Recruiter in Los Gatos, California. This on-site role offers the opportunity to lead executive searches and help clients build successful leadership teams. Spanish proficiency is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive executive searches to identify and engage highly qualified candidates.
- Manage recruitment from initial stakeholder discussions through negotiations and onboarding.
- Develop strategic recruitment plans tailored to client needs.
- Build stakeholder relationships and provide expert guidance and regular updates.
- Use advanced sourcing techniques to reach candidates across diverse industries.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

- Expertise in negotiation and candidate engagement.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software.
- AIRS, SPHR, or other relevant certifications are preferred.
