Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing expert advice and updates throughout the recruitment process. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in executive recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong skills in stakeholder management and strategic planning. Expertise in negotiation and candidate engagement techniques. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
