WE ARE HIRING: SENIOR FEMALE HAIR TECHNICIAN & TEAM LEAD (KOKAPET, HYDERABAD)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Experience: Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in high-end salons, hair clinics, or replacement centers.
Gender: Female candidates only.
Leadership: Must be capable of managing, mentoring, and leading a small team of 3–4 technicians/assistants.
Core Expertise: Independent execution of:
Female Hair Systems & Patches: Expert-level fitting, bonding, taping, clipping, and seamless blending.
Toppers & Wigs: Customizing, securing, and styling various top-of-the-head systems for ladies.
Hair Extensions Fixing: Flawless application and maintenance of tape-ins, micro-rings, keratin bonds, etc.
Female Haircuts & Styling: Precision cutting, creative styling, and trending finishes that complement hair systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform transformative hair replacement and styling services for premium female clients.
Supervise, schedule, and guide a small team of 3–4 junior staff to maintain luxury service standards.
Conduct detailed, empathetic consultations for clients experiencing hair thinning or hair loss.
Ensure strict hygiene, tool sterilization, and inventory tracking for the hair department.
