The OpportunityOur client is a PE-backed media company in New York City seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, this is a high-impact, high-visibility role sitting at the intersection of finance, operations, and corporate strategy.
We are looking for a strategic storyteller who can dive into complex datasets, extract the signal from the noise, and build narratives that drive alignment across the executive team and BOD.

Key ResponsibilitiesOwn budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across the organization, building compelling financial narratives around performance and trends to drive consensus among senior stakeholdersSupport bid and proposal processes with financial modeling, pricing analysis, and scenario planningServe as a CFO force multiplier, providing high-velocity support including ad-hoc modeling for capital events, Board-level presentations, and what-if scenario analysisManage and evolve a Tableau and Excel environment with a focus on speed, clarity, and the 80/20 rule: actionable insights today beat perfect data next weekLeverage SQL, Power Query, and AI tools (including Claude) to automate workflows and maximize capacity for deep-dive analysis
