🎓 Education: BE/B.Tech or Master’s in Engineering
We are looking for an experienced Senior Firmware Developer with strong expertise in C++, Embedded Linux, RTOS, and RDK-based devices to develop, integrate, and maintain broadband, video, and IoT solutions.
🔹 Must-Have Skills:
C++11/14/17 for embedded systems
Python scripting and automation
Perl scripting and legacy automation
Embedded Linux – Yocto / Buildroot
RTOS – FreeRTOS, ThreadX, or Zephyr
Communication protocols: I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, USB & TCP/IP
RDK-based devices: Set-top boxes, gateways & routers
Board bring-up, BSP customization, U-Boot & OTA updates
CMake, Docker and embedded toolchains
Performance profiling and memory analysis
🔹 Good-to-Have Skills:
Wireless technologies: BLE, Wi-Fi, Thread & Zigbee
Edge AI and DSP
ISO 26262, IEC 62304 & MISRA C/C++
ARM Cortex-M/R/A microcontrollers
Secure boot, power management and low-power optimization
💼 Key Responsibilities:
Develop, integrate, test, and maintain firmware for RDK-based devices.
Build and optimize embedded software using C++, Python, and Embedded Linux.
Perform board-level debugging, firmware integration, and performance analysis.
Support BSP customization, bootloaders, secure boot, and OTA update mechanisms.
