Job description
Tasks
- Build scalable full-stack applications and intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Develop solutions for product search, inventory management, project planning, and operational workflows.
- Work with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, backend technologies, APIs, and databases.
- Create rapid prototypes and improve applications based on user feedback.
- Lead and coordinate 2–3 offshore engineers throughout development and deployment.
- Leverage AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development and delivery.
- Collaborate closely with design, warehouse, and operations teams.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack development experience.
- React, JavaScript/TypeScript, backend development, REST APIs, and database integration.
- UI/UX design principles and rapid prototyping.
- Experience with mobile-friendly applications and system integrations.
- Technical leadership and offshore team coordination.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
