We work with healthcare systems, PACE programs, public transportation agencies, and health plans to improve care access, reduce missed appointments, and relieve the burden of caregiving.If you thrive in fast-moving environments, want to help shape a category-defining business and be part of a high-performing team, we want to talk.Our platform is built on a mature Ember.js frontend backed by Ruby on Rails and thus we’re looking for an experienced engineer who can contribute to our codebase and adhere to high quality and security standards.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Ember.js.Build responsive, accessible, and intuitive user interfaces.Translate product requirements and UX designs into production-ready features.Improve application performance, usability, and maintainability.Participate in frontend architecture discussions and technical decision-making.Collaborate with Rails engineers on API design and data flows, and contribute to backend features when frontend work intersects with the server. Frontend remains your primary focus (~70–80% of your time).CollaborationCollaborate with Product Management and your fellow engineers to design features that address real-world challenges.Convert product requirements into Agile user stories with actionable implementation strategies.Write high-quality code to deliver fully tested, working features on time.Partner with the QA team to ensure every feature meets our quality standards.

RequirementsProven Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience delivering software applications in production environments (healthcare or transportation industry experience is a plus).Front-End Mastery: Experience building web applications using frameworks like Ember and Tailwind UI (Preferred) .Back-End Expertise: Proficiency working with Ruby on Rails and postgres DB (hosted on AWS via Heroku), GraphQL APIs etc.Integration Knowledge: Proven success integrating third-party APIs and developing secure, scalable in-house APIs.Cloud Savvy: Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, including automating resource provisioning and crafting cost-efficient solutions.Agile Advocate: Comfortable working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban), collaborating with diverse teammates and stakeholders.Track Record of Success: Proven ability to build and deploy commercially successful technology solutions.Customer-Focused Mindset: Passionate about creating intuitive, simple user experiences.
