About the role
PepsiCo is seeking a Senior Designer, Structural Packaging, to contribute to structural packaging design and development across its foods portfolio. The role reports to a senior design leader and partners with teams and external agency and supplier partners.
PepsiCo Design Innovation drives sustainability and innovation for global brands and businesses. Its work includes researching, strategizing, defining, prototyping, learning and launching commercially viable products, services, business models, retail experiences, brands and systems.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and development of structural packaging solutions across PepsiCo's foods portfolio.
- Partner with Brand Design, R&D, Packaging Engineering, Insights, Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain, and external agency and supplier partners.
- Help develop and deliver packaging solutions through design thinking and tools from product design, design research, systems thinking, strategic foresight, business model design and circular economy.
