Senior Informatica ETL Developer

Tasks

• Design, develop, and optimize ETL pipelines for enterprise data warehouses.
• Integrate data from multiple sources, including databases, flat files, and APIs.
• Build and maintain fact tables, dimension tables, and staging layers.
• Implement incremental loads, CDC, and SCD logic.
• Troubleshoot complex SQL queries and improve ETL performance.
• Collaborate with business and analytics teams on data validation and reporting.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter
• ETL development, source-to-target mapping, and incremental data loads
• Strong Data Warehousing concepts, including Star Schema and Snowflake Schema
• Fact and Dimension table design
• Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD Type 1, 2, and 3)
• Change Data Capture (CDC) and Late Arriving Dimensions
• Strong SQL skills, query optimization, and ETL performance tuning
• Experience with partitioning, indexes, and long-running ETL session optimization
• Understanding of clustered/non-clustered indexes and row store vs. column store
• Snowflake platform experience is acceptable but not mandatory.
