Position: Senior Information Management Officer DBA
Location: Santiago de los Caballeros, Santiago Province, Dominican Republic
Job Overview
Manage and ensure the optimal operation of the bank's database systems by planning, installing, maintaining, and guaranteeing the security and availability of information systems. Develop business data models to support data analysis and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer database functionality, including installation, maintenance, and availability.
- Ensure data security and system information availability for banking systems.
- Design and build business data models for analytical purposes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in database administration.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server databases; familiarity with MySQL.
