The role is ideal for a senior professional who combines strong infrastructure and IT operations knowledge with proven experience coordinating complex technology initiatives, managing stakeholders and ensuring successful delivery in regulated environmen
ts.
Key responsibilitiesLead the planning, coordination and delivery of infrastructure-related business initiatives.Support business and Markets-driven technology programmes.Work closely with Business stakeholders, Product Owners and Development teams to understand priorities, dependencies and expected outcomes.Translate business requirements into clear infrastructure and technology execution plans.Own project planning, from high-level roadmaps to detailed execution plans.Manage multiple concurrent priorities in fast-paced environments.Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies, defining mitigation strategies and workarounds.Coordinate activities across Infrastructure, Security, Operations, Vendors and Global teams.Ensure delivery is aligned with regulatory, security and operational requirements.Provide clear executive-level reporting on status, risks and decision points.Support delivery activities during incidents, migrations, failbacks and regulatory-driven initiati
ves.
Required skills and experienceFluent English is mandatory.Proven experience leading technology or infrastructure projects with direct business impact.Strong background in Infrastructure and IT Operations.Solid technical foundation in system engineering, IT operations or similar areas.Experience with infrastructure topics such as Disaster Recovery, database migrations, IBM MQ connections, monitoring and operational stability.Experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.Strong risk management mindset, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks early.Experience working in ITIL-based environments, including Change, Incident and Service Management.Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management sk
ills.
