Senior IT Capacity Manager

Tasks

• Lead enterprise capacity planning and performance management initiatives.
• Develop forecasting models to predict infrastructure demand and resource requirements.
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance using Dynatrace.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend optimization strategies.
• Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and resiliency planning.
• Manage hardware reclamation, infrastructure utilization, and lifecycle optimization.
• Establish capacity governance, reporting standards, and ITIL-aligned processes.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, application, and business teams.
• Drive strategic improvements without direct people management responsibilities.

Requirements

• Strong experience in enterprise IT Capacity Management.
• Hands-on expertise with Dynatrace and performance monitoring.
• Solid knowledge of hybrid cloud and infrastructure technologies.
• Experience with capacity forecasting, DR, and ITIL governance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Capacity Forecasting & Demand Management; VMware ESX / Virtualization; Cloud Capacity Optimization; Infrastructure Performance Monitoring; Hardware Lifecycle Management; IT Service Management (ITSM); Risk Management & Governance.
