If you're passionate about Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint management, and strengthening enterprise security through modern device management practices, we'd love to hear from you. 🚀What you'll doAdminister and maintain Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID environments.Review, implement, and optimize Intune device configuration, compliance, and endpoint security policies.Monitor device enrollment, management status, and dependencies across Intune and Entra ID.Support application deployment, device enrollment, and endpoint management initiatives.Identify and resolve overlapping, conflicting, or redundant device management policies.Maintain standardized administrative structures, naming conventions, and security baselines.Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and Help Desk troubleshooting guides.Monitor endpoint inventory and ensure device records remain accurate and compliant.Identify and remediate stale, inactive, duplicate, orphaned, or unmanaged devices.Support the design, implementation, and optimization of Conditional Access policies.Help enforce secure access to corporate resources through compliant-device policies.Assist with pilot programs, production rollouts, policy exceptions, and access troubleshooting.Support BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) initiatives using Intune Mobile Application Management (MAM).Maintain app protection policies, including encryption, PIN enforcement, and data protection controls.Provide end-user guidance and onboarding support for secure BYOD access.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve endpoint security, compliance, and operational efficiency.What we're looking for✅ 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID in enterprise environments.✅ Strong experience managing device configuration, compliance policies, endpoint security, and application deployment through Microsoft Intune.✅ Experience administering Microsoft Entra ID, including device registration, enrollment, and identity management.✅ Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Conditional Access policies.✅ Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 endpoint management best practices and security baselines.✅ Experience managing device lifecycle, inventory hygiene, and endpoint compliance.✅ Knowledge of BYOD management using Intune Mobile Application Management (MAM) and App Protection Policies.✅ Understanding of endpoint security concepts, compliance enforcement, and secure access controls.✅ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.✅ Experience creating technical documentation, operational procedures, and support guides.✅ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.What we value🚀 A proactive mindset—you continuously look for ways to improve security, compliance, and operational efficiency.🎯 Ownership—you take responsibility for maintaining a secure, well-managed endpoint environment.🔍 Attention to detail—you ensure policies, configurations, and documentation remain accurate and consistent.🛡️ Security-first thinking—you prioritize protecting corporate resources while enabling productivity.🤝 Collaboration—you work effectively with IT teams, security teams, Help Desk, and business stakeholders.📚 Strong documentation habits—you believe well-documented environments are easier to maintain and scale.📈 Continuous improvement—you stay current with Microsoft's modern endpoint management capabilities and best practices.Why join Kreitech?💻 Remote work – work from anywhere!😎 Flexible schedule – work-life balance is key.🚀 Continuous learning opportunities – stay at the cutting edge.🍝 Friday lunches – in-office perks!💵 Salary in USD – enjoy competitive compensation.
