Senior IVR & Conversational AI Test Consultant

Tasks

• Validate end-to-end IVR call flows, menus, prompts, branching logic, and transfers to live agents.
• Test conversational bots for intent recognition, context handling, FAQ responses, routing, and error scenarios.
• Perform backend API integration testing for IVR/BOT systems and services such as payment gateways.
• Develop and maintain automated IVR testing scripts using Cyara and Selenium.
• Document defects with clear reproduction steps, logs, and voice recordings, and collaborate with developers and AI engineers to resolve issues.
• Establish testing standards, best practices, and reusable test artifacts.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, user story definition, and effort estimation.

Requirements

• 8–10 Years
• IVR testing and end-to-end call flow validation
• Conversational BOT/NLU testing and speech recognition validation
• NGA Agentic, GECX, Google Evals, and Roark
• DTMF and voice-based interaction testing
• API and backend integration testing using Postman and JMeter
• Cyara Framework and Selenium automation
• Database validation, log verification, and debugging
• Test case preparation, defect management, and root cause analysis
• Strong hands-on experience in IVR, conversational AI/BOT testing, API integration testing, and test automation, with excellent debugging and defect management skills.

Schedule

• Contract: 6 Months
• Target Start Date: November 1, 2026
