🎯 Experience: 12+ Years
We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in the NetCracker platform, Java-based microservices, distributed systems, and enterprise backend development.
🔹 Key Technical Requirements:
10+ years of software development experience
Strong hands-on experience with Java 11/17+, Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, and Spring Cloud
Microservices architecture, OOP, design patterns, and clean-code principles
REST API design, OpenAPI, API versioning, validation, and error handling
Messaging technologies: Kafka and RabbitMQ
Production experience with Drools or equivalent rules engines
Database expertise: Oracle SQL/PL/SQL, MongoDB, and Redis
Automated testing: JUnit 5, Mockito, Testcontainers, and contract testing
Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services (EKS, S3, SQS/SNS, RDS, IAM, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch)
Security: OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, Spring Security, Microsoft Entra ID, and OWASP Top 10
CI/CD, Git, Maven/Gradle, Jira, and Agile methodologies
🤖 Nice to Have:
Experience with Claude Code, Claude API, AI-assisted development, or Spring Boot LLM integrations, with a focus on secure AI usage and responsible code reviews.
👨‍💻 Ideal Candidate:
A hands-on backend engineer with strong problem-solving skills, production support experience, and the ability to build secure, scalable, and high-performance enterprise applications.
