Job description
EliteExceed is seeking a Senior Java Developer for a contract position in McLean, Virginia. Join a technology-focused team building high-quality solutions and scalable applications. This is an on-site role; remote work is not available.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications using the Spring Framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Java and Python.
- Review code and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Contribute throughout the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Familiarity with version control, testing, and deployment tools.
- Agile methodology experience is preferred.
