Senior Kafka amp; Oracle PL/SQL Data Engineer

Tasks

• Design, develop, and support real-time data integration solutions using Apache Kafka.
• Build and maintain event-driven architectures and reliable data pipelines.
• Develop and optimize Oracle SQL and PL/SQL code for large-scale data processing.
• Handle massive data volumes involving hundreds of millions or billions of records.
• Build pipelines to move Oracle data to cloud-based data platforms.
• Support data analytics and reporting initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, performance, and reliability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant IT/data engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and real-time data integration.
• Excellent expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience with large-volume data processing and performance optimization.
• Experience building and supporting data pipelines.
• Preferred: Cloud data platforms, especially Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Preferred: Experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Preferred: Exposure to BI tools, data analytics, and reporting solutions.
