Role overview

Qualifications
- Agile: At least 3 years of Agile experience.
- HR systems: At least 7 years of experience with Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Oracle, or similar systems.
- Workday Payroll: At least 6 years of experience leading a Workday Payroll product team.
- SaaS payroll vendors: At least 5 years of experience with SaaS-based payroll vendors, such as ADP or Earned Wage Access providers.
- International payroll: Workday Payroll implementation experience in the United States and Canada is preferred.
- ServiceNow HRSD: At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery.
