Position: Senior Lead Workday Payroll Product Owner Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Lead Workday Payroll Product Owner with a strong background in HR systems and payroll management. This full-time role requires leadership in Agile environments and deep expertise in Workday Payroll and SaaS payroll vendors. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Workday Payroll product team to deliver high-quality payroll solutions. Implement and optimize Workday Payroll functionality across US and Canada. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate payroll systems with SaaS vendors like ADP and Earned Wage Access. Drive Agile practices and ensure effective sprint planning and delivery. Leverage experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery to enhance HR workflows. Qualifications 3+ years of Agile experience. 7+ years of HR Systems experience (Workday, Peoplesoft, SAP, ServiceNow HRSD, Oracle, or similar). 6+ years leading Workday Payroll product teams. 5+ years working with SaaS-based payroll vendors (e.g., ADP, Earned Wage Access). Experience implementing Workday Payroll in US and Canada preferred. 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery. Additional Information This position is not eligible for remote work and requires presence in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
