Senior LOA Business Partner

We are seeking a Senior Leave of Absence (LOA) Business Partner with English proficiency to lead complex leave case management and provide strategic guidance on leave policy and compliance for Elevate North America. Responsibilities:•Manage and resolve complex, high-risk, or escalated leave of absence cases•Provide expert guidance to HR, managers, and employees on leave policy, compliance, and accommodations•Partner with Legal and senior HR leadership on policy interpretation and risk mitigation•Mentor and provide guidance to LOA Business Partners on case management best practices•Lead process improvement initiatives for leave administration and compliance tracking•Monitor regulatory changes (FMLA, ADA, state leave laws) and update policies/processes accordingly•Prepare leave program reporting and analytics for HR leadership
Requirement:•Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field•5-7+ years' experience in leave of absence administration, with experience handling complex cases•Fluent in English; strong leadership and stakeholder management skills•Advanced knowledge of FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation, and state/federal leave regulations•Experience with HRIS and leave management systems•Strong analytical, communication, and mentoring skills
