Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in Mainframe Development.
- Strong hands-on experience with COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, and SQL.
- Good understanding of Assembler programming.
- Experience in banking and financial services.
- Experience supporting and maintaining enterprise mainframe applications.
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate with teams, and guide junior team members.
- Preferred: Wealth Management domain experience and exposure to legacy mainframe modernization.
