Senior Manager for Sales & Business Development

Tasks

• contribute to business growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Agribusiness, Management, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, agribusiness, food, poultry, FMCG, distribution, or related industries.
• Demonstrated experience in market development, business expansion, and establishing commercial partnerships.
• Experience in contract growing, agricultural partnerships, farm development, or livestock/poultry operations is highly preferred.
• Strong commercial, financial, and business acumen.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively to provincial and regional locations.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• On-site and Fieldwork
