🔍 Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manual Tester / QA Lead with strong expertise in healthcare domain testing, API testing, and Practice Management / Hospital Management Systems.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on manual testing experience, a solid understanding of QA methodologies, and the ability to lead test engineers, manage test strategy, and ensure high-quality project delivery.
🎯 Required Skills and Experience
✔️ 10+ years of overall software testing experience.
✔️ 5–7 years of manual testing experience in the #healthcare domain.
✔️ 2–3 years of experience with Practice Management / #Hospital Management Systems.
✔️ Hands-on #API testing experience using #Postman or #RestAssured.
✔️ Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as #Jenkins, #GitLab CI, or #Azure DevOps.
✔️ Strong understanding of #STLC and #Agile/Scrum.
✔️ Experience in team leadership, test strategy, and QA delivery.
✔️ Strong #debugging and #troubleshooting skills.
⭐ Good to Have
• Performance testing tools – JMeter or Gatling.• Cloud-based testing platforms – BrowserStack or Sauce Labs.
• ISTQB or equivalent certification.
🎓 Education: BE / ME / BTech / MTech / BSc / MSc in Engineering or a related technical field.
