Senior Marketing Technology, Digital Marketing & AI Integration Lead

About the role

Innov8-Global is seeking an experienced Marketing Technology & Digital Marketing Lead for a long-term enterprise client engagement.

Tasks

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media channels.
• Manage paid advertising strategies, budgets, audience targeting, campaign testing, and performance optimization.
• Track campaign KPIs, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and return on advertising spend (ROAS).
• Develop social media growth strategies, content distribution plans, and audience engagement initiatives.
• Use analytics and attribution tools to measure performance and recommend improvements.
• Lead marketing technology integration across enterprise applications and platforms.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to marketing workflows, campaign management, personalization, and reporting.
• Support integrations across platforms such as Shopify, SAP S/4HANA, Wrike, and other marketing and enterprise applications.
• Work with modern data platforms and tools, potentially including Snowflake, Fivetran, dbt, and Census.
• Assess the existing marketing technology stack and recommend improvements to data flows, integrations, and operational efficiency.
