Salary Range: 50,000 - 55,000 BDT/month
- Handle Buyers Independently (Development to Shipment)
- Costing & Price Negotiation
- Product Development & Follow-up
- Production Planning & Monitoring
REQUIREMENTS FOR BOTH ROLES
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Knit Garment Factory (Full Compliance).
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, costing, and the production process.
- Excellent English communication skills (Written & Verbal) is a MUST.
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant ERP systems.
