💼 We’re Hiring: Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer
📍 Toronto, ON (Onsite, 5 days a week, Downtown Toronto)
🏛️ Client: Ontario Public Sector
We’re looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, build, and support CRM solutions on the Microsoft cloud. You’ll turn technical specifications into working, tested applications, build custom portals and integrations, and deliver reporting that helps the business make decisions.
What you’ll do:
🔹 Customize Dynamics CRM entities, forms, views, reports, ribbons, menus, and dashboards
🔹 Build workflows, plug-ins, and complex Power Automate flows
🔹 Develop with C#, JavaScript, and HTML, using the Dynamics SDK, Web API, Organization Services, OData, FetchXML, and XrmToolBox
🔹 Build custom portals with ASP.NET, .NET Core, AngularJS, TypeScript, and Azure services (App Services, WebJobs, Functions, Logic Apps)
🔹 Customize Power Apps and Power Pages, and design solutions on Dataverse
🔹 Integrate Dynamics with enterprise systems through CRM APIs and ETL processes
🔹 Create Power BI reports, CRM reports, and Word templates
🔹 Lead design walkthroughs, troubleshoot issues, provide post-implementation support, and document solutions
Must haves:
✅ 8+ years of hands-on experience delivering and leading Dynamics CRM projects
✅ Customizing Dynamics CRM entities, forms, views, reports, ribbons, menus, and dashboards
✅ Building workflows, plug-ins, and complex Power Automate flows
✅ Customizing Dynamics with C#, JavaScript, and HTML
✅ Expert-level Power Apps and Power Pages customization
✅ Using CRM APIs to integrate with enterprise systems
Also looking for:
➕ Dynamics 365 and Azure solution design, plus Dataverse design and development
➕ Both low-code and custom development on Dynamics 365
➕ Cloud security for Dynamics, including Azure AD B2C, Okta authentication, business units, teams, and role management
➕ Strong SQL, Power BI, and data visualization skills
➕ Azure DevOps (task boards, pipelines) and Agile experience
