Requirements

12+ years of experience
10+ years of hands-on .NET Core / C# development experience.
Strong expertise in Microservices architecture and system design.
5+ years of experience with SQL and relational databases.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, JIRA, and Agile/Scrum.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, quality gates, and deployment strategies (Blue-Green/Canary).
Experience with AI-assisted coding tools, secure AI adoption, and developer enablement.
Ability to build POCs, create system design diagrams, and present technical recommendations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
